The Leakage Proof wall is the result of many years of professional leakage proof testing, it is made by the newest special formula material imported from U.S, It adopts materials of high temperature resistance, withstanding high voltage and high insulation resistance, which is formed by pressure casting with modular tool. The water and electricity is completely separated, in additio-n, it is equipped with unique "electricity guard" device— double safety.

 1. APLICATION : The Leakage Proof wall is apply to all kinds of electric water heaters' safeguard. After using this equipment, the below part will be avoid leakage danger no matter what kind of leakage or if the water heater has the earth wire connection, to ensure the 100% safe bath.

2. PRINCIPLE: The "Leakage Proof wall "is an abbreviation, It's real expression is "water and electric resistance attenuation and isolation". In our normal understanding, water is the conductor, it will be dangerous if it contacts the electric, actually everything has it own electric resistance, "the leakage proof wall" is using this idea that water has it own electric resistance(in China, the standard for water's electric resistance should be more than1300Ω/cm when it is in 15°C.), according to choose the insulation materials as the water tubes inside the electric water heater, define the tubes' diameter and also the size to become the "Leakage Proof Wall". When the electric water heater power on to work, even the heating tank's water is electriferous, it will be isolate the electric when it go through the "Leakage Proof Wall"by the "water and electric resistance attenuation and isolation", then the water from input and output can be 0 voltage and less than 0.02mA/kw current. This  technology can not only cut off the leakage by the electric water heater itself, it can also cut off the electric from the earth or water pipes. Therefore, the electric water heater is 100% safe by using the the "Leakage Proof Wall".

3. INSTALLATION AND USE: 

1). It can install only in the inlet or outlet, also it can be in both inlet and outlet, to get the double safety;

2). Roll up the PTFE tape on the installation area 2-3 times, fill up a seal ring in the Leakage proof wall;

3). Screw the Leakage proof wall on the inlet/outlet pipes;

4). After the installation, flush water to test the electric water heater, test the Leakage proof wall if it has any water leakage, if water leaks, adjust the screw to be tight until no leakage. If still water leak, please do not use.
